These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the MouldThreat system (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms.
The Service is software intended to help you capture information and generate reports. The Service may be updated, changed, or improved from time to time.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activity that occurs under your account. Tell us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.
You must not misuse the Service, attempt to gain unauthorised access, interfere with other users, upload malicious content, or use the Service for unlawful purposes.
You retain ownership of content you upload or enter into the Service. You grant us a limited licence to host, process, and display your content solely to operate and provide the Service to you.
Reports and outputs generated by the Service are tools to assist you. You remain responsible for your professional judgement, verification of accuracy, and compliance with any applicable standards and regulations.
We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance and unexpected outages may occur.
We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe the Service is being misused or these terms have been breached. You may stop using the Service at any time.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability related to the Service is limited to the amount you have paid for the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim (or £0 if you have not paid for the Service).
We may update these terms from time to time. Where appropriate we will provide notice within the Service. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
